• Credits, rewards, and engagement systems

4.2 Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

5.1 You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post or distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content
• Engage in fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive behavior
• Attempt to exploit or manipulate platform systems

5.2 BEYOND reserves full discretion to investigate and take action against violations.

6.1 You retain ownership of content you submit.

6.2 By posting content, you grant BEYOND a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use
• Display
• Distribute
• Modify (for formatting, display, or promotional purposes)

6.3 You are solely responsible for your content and its legality.

6.4 BEYOND may remove content at its discretion.

7.1 BEYOND may offer virtual credits, points, badges, and related reward features.

7.2 These are governed separately under the Credits Terms & Conditions, which form part of these Terms.

7.3 Credits:

• Are platform utility units
• Do not represent stored monetary value
• May expire, reset, or be modified according to system rules

7.4 BEYOND reserves the right to:

• Adjust earning rates
• Modify redemption options
• Restrict or revoke access to Credits features

8.1 The Platform may allow users to:

• Purchase memberships
• Acquire credits
• Pay for services, listings, advertising, or digital features

8.2 All purchases are subject to the Refund Policy.

8.4 BEYOND may modify or restrict wallet functionality at any time.

9.1 BEYOND may offer limited opportunities to convert eligible credits into monetary value.

9.2 You acknowledge:

• Cash-out is conditional and not guaranteed
• Eligibility may depend on:

• Member Level
• Identity verification
• Threshold requirements

• BEYOND may approve, deny, or revoke access to cash-out features at its discretion

9.3 No user has a guaranteed right to earnings or payouts.

10.1 Credits, rewards, or benefits associated with user activity may be:

• Adjusted
• Reversed
• Removed

10.2 This may occur if:

• Content is deleted or invalidated
• Platform rules are violated
• Fraud or manipulation is detected

10.3 BEYOND retains full authority to determine and enforce such actions.

11.1 The Platform may include:

• Sponsored campaigns
• Business promotions

11.2 BEYOND:

• Does not guarantee participation, reach, or outcomes
• Is not responsible for prize fulfillment unless explicitly stated
• Is not liable for disputes between users, sponsors, or third parties

11.3 Businesses and sponsors are solely responsible for their offers and compliance.

12.1 Businesses may use BEYOND for:

• Advertising placements
• Listings
• Promotions
• Services and digital offerings

12.2 BEYOND does not guarantee:

• Performance
• Engagement
• Conversion results

12.3 All business activity is conducted at the user’s own risk.

13.1 The Platform may integrate or rely on third-party services, including:

• Payment processors
• Identity verification providers
• External tools or integrations

13.2 BEYOND is not responsible for third-party services or their actions.

14.1 BEYOND may:

• Suspend
• Restrict
• Terminate accounts

14.2 At its discretion, with or without notice, for violations or other operational reasons.

14.3 Upon termination:

• Access to features may be revoked
• Credits or balances may be forfeited

14.4 No compensation is provided unless required by law.

15.1 The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

15.2 BEYOND does not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of content

15.3 Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEYOND is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
• User disputes or third-party actions

17.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEYOND from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms

18.1 BEYOND may update these Terms at any time.

18.2 Updates may be:

• Communicated via notifications or email
• Implemented without direct notice where necessary

18.3 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
