BEYOND is a civic engagement platform designed for informed public participation, structured dialogue, and responsible civic action. Protecting the safety and wellbeing of all users—especially minors—is a non-negotiable priority.

By using BEYOND, all users agree to comply with this Child Safety Policy. Violations will result in decisive action to preserve the integrity and safety of the platform.

Section 1 Age Restriction
Critical Rule
BEYOND is strictly limited to individuals aged 16 and older.

1.1 BEYOND is strictly limited to individuals aged 16 and older.

1.2 Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to create accounts, access platform features, or participate in any activities on BEYOND.

1.3 Any account found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately suspended and permanently removed.

Section 2 Zero Tolerance for Exploitation

2.1 BEYOND enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child exploitation, abuse, grooming, or endangerment.

2.2 This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sexual exploitation or suggestive content involving minors
  • Attempts to contact or solicit minors for inappropriate purposes
  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative material

2.3 Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Section 3 Content Standards

3.1 All content published on BEYOND must be appropriate for a general audience aged 16 and above.

3.2 Content that sexualizes minors, promotes harm toward minors, or depicts minors in unsafe or exploitative contexts is strictly prohibited.

3.3 This applies across all platform features, including petitions, comments, media uploads, messages, and profiles.

Section 4 Reporting and Enforcement

4.1 Users are encouraged to report any content or behaviour that may violate this policy.

4.2 BEYOND provides accessible reporting tools across the platform.

4.3 Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken, which may include:

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Escalation to legal authorities when required
Section 5 Moderation and Safeguards

5.1 BEYOND employs a combination of automated systems and human moderation to detect and prevent harmful activity.

5.2 This includes proactive monitoring, content filtering, and behavioural analysis designed to identify potential risks to user safety.

Section 6 Privacy and Protection

6.1 BEYOND does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.

6.2 If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

6.3 Users are expected to respect the privacy and safety of others and refrain from sharing personal or sensitive information—especially relating to minors.

Section 7 Cooperation with Authorities

7.1 BEYOND will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected child safety violations.

7.2 Where legally required or appropriate, relevant data may be disclosed to support the protection of minors.

8.1 BEYOND is committed to evolving its safety measures in line with emerging risks, regulatory standards, and best practices in online safety.
