1.2 By completing any purchase on BEYOND, users acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final, except under the limited and discretionary conditions outlined below.

Section 2 Non-Refundable Purchases

2.1 The following purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Credit Purchases
  • Membership Level Payments
  • Feature Packages and Platform Upgrades
  • Wallet Deposits (User Balance Funding)

2.2 BEYOND does not provide:

  • Refunds for any of the above
  • Credit substitutions for refunded credit purchases
  • Compensation for unused balances or features
Section 3 Credits Policy (Important Distinction)

3.1 Credits are a non-cash, platform-based utility and are governed separately.

  • Credits cannot be refunded, exchanged, or withdrawn
  • Credits may be issued in select cases (see Section 5)
  • All credits are subject to individual user expiry cycles

Section 4 Wallet Policy

4.1 BEYOND provides users with a digital wallet system located at the Wallet page.

4.2 At this time:

  • Wallet balances are non-withdrawable
  • Wallet funds are non-refundable
  • Wallet funds are intended exclusively for:
  • Membership payments
  • Credit purchases
  • Future platform-enabled transactions

4.3 Users acknowledge that adding funds to their wallet constitutes a final transaction.

Section 5 Exceptional Cases (Credit Compensation Only)

5.1 In rare and specific circumstances, BEYOND may, at its sole discretion, issue platform credits as compensation.

5.2 Examples may include:

  • Verified technical errors affecting a transaction
  • Duplicate charges confirmed by BEYOND
  • Platform malfunctions directly impacting paid access

5.3 Important conditions:

  • Compensation is not guaranteed
  • Credits issued will follow standard expiry rules
  • No additional value or bonus credits will be provided beyond the evaluated amount
Section 6 Refunds (Highly Exceptional and Discretionary)

6.1 While BEYOND maintains a strict no-refund policy, refunds may be issued in extremely rare cases, including but not limited to:

  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Confirmed billing errors that cannot be resolved through credits

6.2 All refunds are:

  • Issued solely at BEYOND’s discretion
  • Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Not guaranteed under any circumstance

6.3 Users should assume that refunds will not be granted.

Section 7 Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Violations

7.1 BEYOND reserves the right to deny any form of compensation (including credits or refunds) in cases involving:

  • Abuse of platform systems
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Manipulation of credit or payment systems
  • Violation of platform terms

7.2 Additional actions may include account restrictions or suspension.

Section 8 Policy Acceptance

8.1 By using BEYOND and completing any transaction, users:

  • Acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy in full
  • Understand the non-refundable nature of purchases
  • Agree to the credit-based compensation model where applicable

9.1 BEYOND retains full and final authority over:

  • Determining eligibility for compensation
  • Issuing credits or refunds
  • Interpreting and enforcing this policy

9.2 All decisions made by BEYOND are final and binding.
